Toddler Program
Montessori del Sol’s Toddler Program draws on the idea that even children who are months old have the innate capacity and special need to learn. Our program is structured to implement that concept and our classroom and curriculum are enriched with age-appropriate materials and surroundings. The focus at this age is on socialization, self-control, and independence.

Dr. Maria Montessori believed that in order for children to develop critical thinking skills, they must be free to experience and manipulate objects in their surroundings.
Our toddler classrooms provide a beautiful, nurturing and safe environment where our students have the freedom to learn through self-exploration and discovery.
Additionally, socialization without immediate adult intervention allows the child to gain the valuable skill of conflict resolution.
