
Schedule of Fees - 2026/27
Application Fee
A one-time, non-refundable fee of $250.00 is due with the submission of the application form for all new students.
New Registration and Enrollment Deposit
Upon acceptance, a non-refundable enrollment deposit is
required to secure your child’s spot.

For new enrollments, a deposit of CI$1000.00 is due at the time of registration, and the remaining balance of the first month’s tuition is due June 1st, 2026.

For all new enrollments after June 1st, the first full month’s tuition is due at the time of registration.

All enrollment deposits apply toward the first month’s tuition.

Re Enrollment
Existing families will be given priority for re-enrollment of each new school year. A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required to secure your child’s space for the upcoming school year. This deposit, along with the completed Re-Enrollment Form, will be due at the time of
re-enrollment and will be applied to the tuition invoice for the following September. The exact due date for this deposit will be provided during the re-enrollment process.
Tuition Details
Tuition covers ongoing program costs and staff salaries. Fees are payable for all scheduled days, regardless of attendance, including illness, vacations, school closures, professional development days, and holidays. Annual school supply and resource fees are included in tuition to
cover consumable materials and administrative costs.
Discounts and Assistance

Sibling Discount: A sibling discount of 5% is offered for families with more than one child enrolled at our school. The discount will be applied to the tuition for your eldest child enrolled.

Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP): ECAP provides financial assistance for Caymanian children and is approved for our school. To determine if your child is eligible for funding, parents and guardians may visit www.moeapplications.gov.ky for more information or to apply.

Re Enrollment

Annual Payment: The full remaining balance (after subtracting enrollment deposits) is due by September 1st.

Semi-Annual Payments: First installment (minus enrollment deposits) is due by September 1st Second installment is due by February 1st

Monthly Payments: payments are due on or before the 1st of each month.

Priority Enrollment for MDS Kindergarten Graduates at Montessori By The Sea
Montessori del Sol is excited to partner with Montessori By The Sea school in continuing an authentic Montessori program for students who have completed the third year of our Casa Program (KG). Priority will be given to Montessori del Sol students going into Grade 1 at Montessori By The Sea once their schools re-enrollment process has been completed for current students.
Additional Programs

Term Camps: Weekly camps will be offered during half-term and Easter breaks for Toddlers and Casa children. Half-day, full-day, and extended day options available; fees communicated at registration.

Speciality Casa Clubs: Available for Casa children enrolled in Full Day or Extended Day programs. Fees will be communicated at registration.

Movie Nights: Movie nights will be offered throughout the school year. Fees will be communicated at registration.
Withdrawal Policy: A minimum of 60 days’ written notice is required should you choose to withdraw your child from the school program.
Note on Fees: We work diligently to set our fees in a way that supports the sustainability of our programs and the well-being of our staff, while remaining fair and transparent for families. While we strive to anticipate all operational costs, there may be occasions when adjustments become necessary. In such instances, we are committed to clear communication and thoughtful decision-making. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide a nurturing, consistent, and high-quality learning environment for your child.
